1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

- All Plush Friends products are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:
  • Seam separations
  • Stuffing issues
  • Material defects
  • Stitching problems

2. WHAT'S NOT COVERED

- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by improper care or washing
- Intentional damage or misuse
- Unauthorized modifications
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

3. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To maintain your plush toy's quality and warranty coverage:
- Machine wash on gentle cycle
- Tumble dry on low heat
- Do not bleach
- Follow specific care instructions on product tags

4. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

If you discover a manufacturing defect:

5. RESOLUTION
